So have not been able to run because of My leg but, I have kept up my Muay Thai practice and sparring. Jai, Noah and I have been training hard. Did normal Muay Thai class with Kru Dan. From this week Noah and I are sparring at 50% power instead of normal light sparring. We did an extra 5 rounds after my taijutsu class on Monday and on Tuesday we did 3 rounds of drills mostly teep and footwork drills. Then between the 3 of us did 11 rounds of sparring so about 7 rounds each. last night I taught the regular Muay Thai which Noah was in. Worked gliding block, scoops, shielding and teep and teep ka drills. We went about 15 minutes over with about 7 rounds. A few of the students stayed for a few for rounds. many or the regular Muay Thai students stepped up to do 50% power as well.
